  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Muson Arabia purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
    • Returns must be made within 10 days of your receipt date for a refund.
    • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
    • We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise.
    • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.

    Only items purchased on musonarabia.com may be accepted for a return.  Items purchased from musoncosmetics.com cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    • Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 6 to 7 business days.
    • All orders within the Lebanese territory are subject to delivery fee of 3.00 $.
    • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by few days. We will contact you via email or telephone to update you on your order status.

  • DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

    If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 5 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 5 days. Please contact customer service at info@musonarabia.com or by phone at 0096176321551 (M-F 9AM-6PM) and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
